At thefishaid.com we are committed to providing the best quality pet medicines products with the best customer service anywhere. We can only accept returns of damaged and unused medicines and supplements. In order to return something please follow the instructions below in order to be reimbursed for your products. If you receive your order and it is damaged, or defects occur during use of the product that are covered under the product’s warranty, your purchase will be refunded or replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE DAMAGED?
If you receive your package and it is broken please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with UPS or FedEx to get a shipping reimbursement.
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

accept returns on antibiotics if it is not due to a CPS error or defect and we cannot be sure that what is being returned to us is the correct antibiotic. We are unsure how it is stored when it is not in our possession. We can only accept the return if you receive your order damaged. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping. If you receive your order and it is damaged your purchase will be refunded or replaced according to the appropriate manufacturer warranty.
All returns require proof of purchase and must be clearly marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without an RMA number or in packaging other than original packaging are not guaranteed to be processed, will incur a larger restocking fee, and may be refused.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify 1) their condition, and 2) that all components are included. Any product that is missing components will incur a charge for those missing items. Any shipping charges will not be reimbursed. thefishaid.com is not responsible for damage sustained in transit from our facility, or any manufacturer facility; damaged products will incur a restocking fee based upon their condition. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser in accordance with the original method of payment. Please allow 4-5 days for processing once we have received your return.
STEPS TO REMEMBER
1. Immediately open and inspect your order to make sure that it is in good condition (If your order is received broken you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to be reimbursed).
2. If your products are broken Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Write down details and condition of the package, such as the following items:
-Condition and appearance of the shipping box
-Description about how the order was wrapped in padding or bubble wrap.
-Where and how the product was broken
Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser in accordance with the original method of payment. Please allow 4-5 days for processing.
